Job OverviewWe are seeking a Shopify Growth Manager to manage and optimize our e-commerce operations. This role is focused on improving store performance, increasing traffic, and supporting overall business growth through digital marketing and data-driven strategies.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify store</li><li>Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)</li><li>Monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) performance</li><li>Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and user behavior</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and sales performance</li><li>Optimize campaigns and strategies based on performance data</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms</li><li>Experience with digital marketing, including paid ads and SEO</li><li>Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data</li><li>Good understanding of e-commerce operations and customer journey</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong communication skills and attention to detail</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram campaigns)</li><li>Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar)</li><li>Experience in performance marketing or e-commerce growth strategies</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
