This role focuses strictly on architectural expertise and does not encompass interior design.Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) is mandatory; a Master&rsquo;s degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is advantageous.</li><li>Languages: Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:1. Project Leadership:<ul><li>Spearhead architectural design, plotting, and master planning efforts to ensure high-quality outputs and timely project delivery.</li></ul>2. Feasibility Analysis:<ul><li>Collaborate with the land acquisition team to evaluate project feasibility and prepare necessary test-fits.</li></ul>3. Meetings Management:<ul><li>Organize and lead project kick-off and weekly review meetings with consultants and internal teams, addressing progress and challenges.</li></ul>5. Consultant Review:<ul><li>Critically assess and provide constructive feedback on consultant deliverables at various project stages.</li></ul>6. Standards Compliance:<ul><li>Ensure all planning, design, and implementation activities adhere to Isprava's established standards and protocols.</li></ul>7. Reporting and Proposals:<ul><li>Develop comprehensive feasibility reports, design proposals, and engaging presentations tailored for both internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul>8. Cross-disciplinary Collaboration:<ul><li>Collaborate with MEP engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects to refine and finalize design concepts.</li></ul>9. Regulatory Adherence:<ul><li>Guarantee that all designs comply with Indian building codes, standards, and relevant regulations.</li></ul>10. Site Oversight:<ul><li>Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution quality, provide guidance, and document observations.</li></ul>11. Design Solutions:<ul><li>Proactively address design-related challenges and offer effective technical solutions to construction teams.</li></ul>12.
