Work Hours
The work hours for this position are Mon - Fri + Weekends, 11:30 am - 8:00 pm. 
The Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Site Operations Manager to ensure all facility related equipment is maintained to the highest standards in the Hard Services line. Additionally, the Maintenance Technician will partner with the Site Operations Supervisor to ensure collective success across all service lines (hard, soft, and operational) and embody the OneISS (one team) methodology of facility operations.
Core functions of this role involve solving non-complex (single system) maintenance and repair of a building&rsquo;s shell, core, and equipment. The purpose of this role is to maintain facilities for clients, customers, and staff in a safe operating condition; execute a best practice preventative and reactive maintenance program; and resolve immediate operational and/or building safety concerns. Ultimate success in this role is around providing safe and reliable building systems that proactively and reactively support our client&rsquo;s business needs. The Maintenance Technician will at times be on shift alone and will be a point of contact for the client and must be able to respond to escalations and communicate in a professional manner at all times.

Order supplies for PM&rsquo;s and RM&rsquo;s as needed. Ensure on site tool crib inventory is correctly managed to ensure SLA uptime is met</li><li>
Complete detailed records of all work to be documented in the CMMS system</li><li>
Conducts frequent equipment rounds and readings to detect malfunctions, records data as required</li><li>
Escorts and directs site vendors as required</li><li>
On call (1st line of support) to address escalations or emergencies if they arise</li><li>

Maintenance Technician

<div>Controller West Food Division 
Understand business unit&rsquo;s operational cost drivers (fixed and variable) to provide financial input/guidance to the leadership team<ul><li>
Provide monthly bridge reviews and analysis of current month results to finance team and client's operational leadership team</li><li>
Calculate and provide forward looking forecast to include a gap closing plan if necessary to finance team and client's operational leadership team</li><li>
Provide financial leadership to client's operational team</li></ul> 
Be local expert on client contractual financial agreement, fee allocation calculations and allocation tables, and billing execution to ensure compliance with client and contract requirements 
Provide site level financial support to client's operations (to include reporting, financial variances, and cost expectations)<ul><li>
Attend month close mid-month and month close meetings with GL accounting team and operations teams</li><li>
Review financial performance with unit managers/leaders and their leadership (through KAM level) for your client at least mid-month and month close time frames</li><li>
Ensure unit managers are prepared at GL accounting mid-month and month close meetings to speak to variances, drivers, outstanding issues, and any needed alterations to current financial entries</li><li>
