The role-holder is required to promote, follow, and ensure fulfilment of the relevant requirements of Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Environment, Energy, Quality management system and standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field from a recognized University.
10+ years of relevant production experience including 5 years at senior level.</div>

Maintenance Manager

<div>ISS International S.p.A. is looking for a Senior Piping Engineer to be involved in an onshore Oil &amp; Gas project in Cairo, Egypt.
The role focuses on safeguarding key technical knowledge for the Piping discipline, leading engineering development from Conceptual phase through Project handover, and ensuring technical quality and alignment across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>
Review and update Piping (Pipeline preferred) engineering deliverables, ensuring quality of Contractor documentation (GA drawings, isometrics, 3D models, line lists, stress reports, routing, alignment sheets, MTO, etc.)</li>
<li>Participate in design and safety reviews (3D Model Review, HAZID, HAZOP)</li>
<li>Manage multidisciplinary coordination with Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Quality, Inspection and Operations</li>
<li>Support field engineering, conduct site visits, define technical solutions, and resolve site queries</li>
<li>Review vendor documentation, technical bids, and material availability; support procurement and invoice validation</li>
<li>Ensure technical consistency across disciplines and compliance with project standards and applicable codes</li>
<li>Support piping prerequisites ahead of site execution and prepare marked-up drawings for modifications</li>
</ul>
Requirements:<ul>
<li>
Degree in Piping or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)</li>
<li>Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil &amp; Gas industry</li>
<li>Minimum 10 years of Onshore/Offshore Piping Engineering experience</li>
<li>Proven expertise in pipeline engineering (preferred)</li>
<li>Strong background in 3D modelling, routing, support design, stress analysis, MTO and material selection</li>
<li>Familiarity with international standards (ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, API, etc.)</li>
<li>Proficient in reading P&amp;IDs, PFDs and performing/interpreting stress analysis</li>
<li>Software knowledge: AutoCAD, Navisworks, Microsoft Project, Caesar II (or similar)</li>
<li>Fluent in English</li>
<li>Previous experience in full project lifecycle from design to startup and handover</li>
<li>Strong coordination skills with Contractors, Vendors, Construction, Commissioning and Operations</li>
<li>Results-driven with problem-solving attitude and strong communication skills</li>
</ul>

Requirements:<ul>
<li>
Knowledge of engineering design criteria, methods and site conditions.
</li><li>Knowledge of main international discipline standards, codes and regulations.</li>
<li>Experience in pipelines pre-commissioning and hydrotesting including but not limited to flooding, cleaning, gauging, hydrotests, dewatering, drying and preservation.
</li><li>Knowledge in various pipelines inspection and leak detection technologies.</li>
<li>Experience in material procurement and fabrication related to pre-commissioning.</li>
<li>Familiar with main equipment and instrumentations utilized for pre-commissioning.</li>
<li>Ability to prepare key deliverables and perform market evaluation.
</li><li>Ability to carry out pre-commissioning site operations in accordance with project requirements.</li>
</ul>
