 Strong representation and persuasion skills, with excellent communication abilities.

 Proficient in MS Office programs.

 Active driver&rsquo;s license, with no travel restrictions.

 Job Description:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 As the 'Sales Executive', you will play a pivotal role in driving ISS T&uuml;rkiye&rsquo;s commercial success. Your responsibilities will include:
 
 
 - Ensuring the sustainability and improvement of the management system in alignment with organizational goals, budgets, and quality policies.
 
 
 - Overseeing the execution of contracts signed between ISS and its clients.
 
 
 - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing any challenges proactively.
 
 
 - Leading short, medium, and long-term sales activities in line with company goals and strategies.
 
 
 - Identifying and acquiring potential portfolios while managing existing ones.
 
 
 - Planning and executing sales development activities.
 
 
 - Actively visiting clients and conducting field sales.
 
 
 - Identifying field needs and implementing appropriate sales and marketing projects.
 
 
 - Managing the sales processes of projects.
 
 
 - Preparing proposals aligned with ISS&rsquo;s values and managing the offer lifecycle.
 
 
 - Converting high-potential customers into key accounts.
