 Key Qualifications:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in written and spoken English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 10 years experience in sales functions, with at least 7 years in managerial roles focused on strategic account management.
 </li>

 Expertise in analyzing sales dynamics and acquiring potential customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in direct sales and business development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong representation and persuasion skills, with excellent communication abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical mindset with outstanding organizational and planning skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team management and leadership capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Active driver&rsquo;s license, with no travel restrictions.
 </li>

 Based in Adana.

 Job Description:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 As the 'Sales Director', you will play a pivotal role in driving ISS T&uuml;rkiye&rsquo;s commercial success. Your responsibilities will include:
 
 
 
 
 
 1. Strategic Management:
 
 
 - Ensuring the sustainability and improvement of the management system in alignment with organizational goals, budgets, and quality policies.
 
 
 
 
 
 2. Team Leadership:
 
 
 - Managing and planning the targets of sales specialists under your supervision.
 
 
 - Monitoring and evaluating the performance of your team members, offering coaching and mentorship as needed.
 
 
 
 
 
 3. Customer and Contract Management:
 
 
 - Overseeing the execution of contracts signed between ISS and its clients.
 
 
 - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing any challenges proactively.
 
 
 
 
 
 4. Sales and Business Development:
 
 
 - Leading short, medium, and long-term sales activities in line with company goals and strategies.
 
 
 - Identifying and acquiring potential portfolios while managing existing ones.
 
 
 - Planning and executing sales development activities.
 
 
 - Actively visiting clients and conducting field sales.
 
 
 
 
 
 5. Innovation and Project Management:
 
 
 - Identifying field needs and implementing appropriate sales and marketing projects.
 
 
 - Managing the sales processes of projects with global and key account potential.
 
 
 - Generating and leading new projects across T&uuml;rkiye, particularly in active sales.
 
 
 
 
 
 6. Value-Based Offer Management:
 
 
 - Preparing proposals aligned with ISS&rsquo;s values and managing the offer lifecycle.
 
 
 - Converting high-potential customers into key accounts and overseeing the entire process.
