 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &bull; Apply environmental engineering principles and prescribed methodologies to execute project assignments.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure all project stakeholders comply with standards, procedures, and project specifications.
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate sustainability-related initiatives and project activities in alignment with organisational goals.
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Lead and monitor sustainability and carbon-footprint reporting in line with national regulations, global ESG expectations, and international frameworks (e.g., GRI, CDP, ISO 14064).
 
 
 &bull; Support development of sustainability strategies and performance improvement programs.
 
 
 &bull; Analyse, interpret, and present technical and scientific data to executive stakeholders.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Environmental Engineering (mandatory).
 
 
 &bull; Minimum 5 years of relevant sustainability or environment-related experience.
 
 
 &bull;
 
 Advanced / C1-level English proficiency
 
 in speaking, writing, and presentation this role represents T&uuml;rkiye in global forums and requires active participation in international meetings.
 
 
 &bull; Excellent command of MS Office applications and reporting tools.
 
 
 &bull; Prior experience in sustainability projects, audits, data management, or ESG reporting is an advantage.
 
 
 &bull; Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and manage stakeholders across multiple teams.
 
 
 &bull; Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and confidence in preparing senior-level reports.
 
 
 &bull; Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.

 We are looking for a
 
 Senior Director of Operations Performance
 
 . You will be responsible for quality hygiene environmental and occupational health &amp; safety. This role requires a strategic leader who can elevate management systems oversee audits and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive the integration of quality OHS environment and customer satisfaction systems across all group companies
 </li>
 <li>
 Standardize and improve processes aligned with ISO 17020 ISO 9001 ISO 22000 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 and other standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and oversee internal and external audits design corrective actions and ensure implementation
 </li>
 <li>
 Build digital data infrastructure and reporting models track performance and identify improvement areas
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with legal regulations information security data protection and risk management policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead capability development programs and foster a culture of excellence across the organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with COO to design and implement quality and safety projects aligned with company strategy
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (preferably
 
 Food Engineering
 
 , Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics, Industrial or Management Engineering). Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 10+ years of experience in quality and systems management in FMCG manufacturing retail or integrated services (factory experience is a strong asset)
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands on experience with quality management systems and digital reporting tools (ERP QDMS or similar)
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and multiple stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Certifications and knowledge in ISO 9001 ISO 22000 ISO 14001 ISO 17020 BRC HACCP (lead auditor is a strong asset)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in system design corporate audits and process improvement in large scale organizations
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and reporting skills with expertise in KPI tracking and process optimization
 </li>
