The Office Services Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with daily mail, copy, and corporate hospitality services provided on-site in a law firm environment. <b>E</b><b>xperience managing or supervising a legal mailroom environment is required. Responsibilities:

The Office Services Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with daily mail, copy, and corporate hospitality services provided on-site in a law firm environment. Other responsibilities include:</b></div><ul><li>
Vendor relations; budget control on ordering supplies</li><li>
Reception desk coverage</li><li>
People management; coaching and training employees</li><li>
Adhere to all safety procedures</li><li>
Improve site procedures</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<div><b>
E</b><b>xperience managing or supervising a legal mailroom environment is required. Other qualifications include:</b></div><div><br>
</div><ul><li>High school diploma or GED and US authorization to work for any employer in the US are required</li><li>
Professional appearance and demeanor; excellent communication skills</li><li>
Computer skills, including fluency with Microsoft Office</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds on occasion; to stand for long periods of time; to perform significant walking</li><li>
Willingness to cross-train for other job functions</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
