Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the consistency, safety, and compliance of our lighting products throughout production, storage, and distribution.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Monitor and inspect materials during production to ensure adherence to quality standards</li><li>Conduct regular audits of material stores and coordinate with the warehouse team</li><li>Collaborate with production and procurement teams to resolve quality issues promptly</li><li>Maintain and update quality documentation, reports, and compliance records</li><li>Support incoming and outgoing material inspections</li><li>Assist in developing and improving quality control procedures</li><li>Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in quality control within a lighting fixture factory or warehouse</li><li>Strong understanding of lighting components, standards, and testing procedures.</li><li>Familiarity with ISO standards and quality assurance protocols.</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.</li><li>Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and data management tools.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeLocation:<ul><li>Sharjah (Required)</li></ul>
