HR Specialist &ndash; EgyptLocation: Cairo, Egypt Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team in Egypt. The role is focused on supporting the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and contributing to building a strong and engaging workplace culture. The HR Specialist will work closely with management and employees to deliver HR services that align with the company&rsquo;s strategic goals.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.</li><li>Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and social insurance requirements.</li><li>Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, leaves, attendance, performance appraisals).</li><li>Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.</li><li>Support performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, evaluations).</li><li>Prepare HR reports and provide data-driven insights to management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employee welfare regulations.</li><li>Participate in employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of HR experience in Egypt (HR Generalist or Specialist role preferred).</li><li>Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package based on experience.</li><li>Social and medical insurance.</li><li>Opportunities for career development and growth.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
