We focus on SMBs, mid-market, and enterprise clients, ensuring we meet the needs of businesses of all sizes.About the roleWe are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Interns to support our Procurement and Supply Chain team. This internship offers hands-on experience in vendor management, purchasing processes, and procurement operations within a fast-paced IT environment. You&rsquo;ll gain valuable exposure to sourcing strategies, contract handling, and internal procurement systems.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers for IT hardware, software, and services&middot; Support the procurement team in processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate records&middot; Help collect and analyze supplier quotes, pricing comparisons, and delivery timelines&middot; Monitor inventory levels and assist in planning for resource needs&middot; Maintain and update procurement documents and vendor databases&middot; Assist in tracking supplier performance and resolving issues related to delivery, quality, or invoicing&middot; Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Finance, Admin) to ensure timely procurement and compliance with budgets&middot; Support negotiations and drafting of basic supplier agreements (under supervision)Required Qualifications:&middot; Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field&middot; Strong interest in procurement, logistics, or IT supply chain processes&middot; Good communication and negotiation skills&middot; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications&middot; Attention to detail and strong organizational skills&middot; Ability to work independently and as part of a team&middot; Familiarity with ERP or procurement software (a plus but not required)What We Offer<ul><li>30,000 PKR Stipend</li><li>Leading to a permanent job</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li><li>Collaborative and supportive work environment.</li><li>The chance to work with a dynamic and innovative team.</li></ul>Note: It&rsquo;s a Full-time On-site job in Gulberg 3, LahoreTimings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM / 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM / 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Pakistan timeJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to Rs30,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Apply if you want to pursue your career in the Procurement field in IT Industry</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Good English Communication (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Lahore (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
