IT ManagerJob Description Job SummaryIT Devices is looking for an expert IT Manager who is responsible for the overall planning, implementation, management, and security of the organization&rsquo;s IT infrastructure, software systems, ERP platforms, and service operations. This role requires a highly experienced professional with deep expertise in ERP systems (including Microsoft Dynamics), enterprise infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, IT service management, and cross-functional leadership to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT operations aligned with business objectives.Key Responsibilities1. ERP, Business Applications &amp; Software Management<ul><li>Lead implementation, customization, support, and optimization of ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics.</li><li>Manage enterprise software platforms, Microsoft Workspace, productivity tools, and business-critical applications.</li><li>Ensure software lifecycle management, version upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.</li><li>Oversee database management, maintenance, backups, and performance tuning.</li></ul>2. IT Infrastructure &amp; Systems Management<ul><li>Manage enterprise servers, workstations, laptops, and endpoint devices throughout their lifecycle (procurement, deployment, maintenance, replacement, and disposal).</li><li>Manage storage systems, backups, replication, and disaster recovery solutions.</li><li>Plan and execute IT capacity planning and infrastructure scalability initiatives.</li></ul>3. Network Infrastructure &amp; Connectivity<ul><li>Design, manage, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN).</li><li>Administer routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and secure remote access solutions.</li><li>Monitor network performance, availability, and security.</li><li>Troubleshoot network issues and implement preventive measures.</li></ul>4. IT Support, Installation &amp; Operations<ul><li>Oversee IT support services, incident resolution, and service request fulfillment.</li><li>Manage installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT hardware and software equipment.</li><li>Ensure maintenance and operational support for CCTV systems and related surveillance infrastructure.</li><li>Establish SOPs and service standards for IT operations.</li></ul>5. IT Operations &amp; Service Management (ITIL-Based)<ul><li>Implement and manage ITIL-based service delivery models.</li><li>Oversee incidents, problems, changes, and release management processes.</li><li>Ensure service continuity, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.</li><li>Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service performance metrics.</li></ul>6. Cybersecurity, Compliance &amp; Risk Management<ul><li>Develop and enforce information security policies and risk management frameworks.</li><li>Manage endpoint security, antivirus, EDR solutions, and firewall configurations.</li><li>Ensure data protection, backup, recovery strategies, and secure access controls.</li><li>Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ITIL, GDPR (where applicable), and internal audit requirements.</li><li>Lead business continuity planning and disaster recovery initiatives.</li></ul>7. IT Asset, Licensing &amp; Compliance Management<ul><li>Manage IT asset inventory, tracking, audits, and lifecycle management.</li><li>Oversee software licensing, compliance management, and vendor audits.</li><li>Implement capacity planning and cost optimization initiatives.</li></ul>8. Leadership &amp; People Management<ul><li>Conduct performance management, mentoring, training, and skill development initiatives.</li><li>Manage workforce planning, role allocation, and succession planning.</li><li>Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the IT team.</li></ul>9. Cross-Functional &amp; Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Coordinate closely with HR, Finance, Operations, and Sales teams to support business needs.</li><li>Act as a key IT liaison for internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Handle conflict resolution and ensure alignment between IT services and business priorities.</li></ul>10. Vendor, Procurement &amp; Budget Management<ul><li>Evaluate, select, and negotiate with hardware and software vendors.</li><li>Manage contracts, renewals, monitoring, and enforcement.</li><li>Oversee procurement planning, inventory control, and vendor performance.</li><li>Manage outsourced IT services and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).</li><li>Control IT budgets, cost optimization, and ROI-driven technology investments.</li></ul>11.
