We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical support for computer-related products, particularly laptops. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and basic technical knowledge.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries via chat and resolve any issues promptly.</li><li>Provide basic technical support, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues.</li><li>Handle customer complaints professionally and find solutions.</li><li>Manage customer service tickets and ensure timely follow-up.</li><li>Collaborate with other team members to provide efficient and accurate resolutions.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Basic technical knowledge of laptops.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple inquiries at once and remain calm under pressure.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset and ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.</li><li>Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per hourWork Location: In person
