Experience &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or Visual Communication preferred; Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus.</li><li>Experience using JIRA for task management is preferred.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Previous retail or e-commerce experience is a plus.</li><li>Hands-on experience with HTML5, JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular), and CSS preprocessors (LESS, SASS, or CSS Modules).</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<ul><li>Experience with version control tools like Git or Bitbucket for code management and collaboration.</li><li>Strong understanding of CSS and JavaScript best practices and performance optimization techniques.</li><li>Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.</li><li>Experience using modern frameworks such as ReactJS, AngularJS, or Vue.js.</li><li>Basic understanding of state management tools (e.g., Redux or similar).</li><li>Exposure to build tools like Webpack, Vite, or similar.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience building websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li><li>Proficient in browser debugging using Chrome Developer Tools.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across design, UX, business, and QA teams.</li><li>Familiarity with Node.js, npm, or Deno is a plus.</li></ul>Primary Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.</li><li>Work in an Agile environment&mdash;participating in sprint planning, estimation, development, testing, deployment, reviews, and retrospectives.</li><li>Build responsive and adaptive website applications aligned with UX/UI best practices.</li><li>Design, develop, and implement solutions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li><li>Participate in technical discussions, contribute to front-end architecture decisions, conduct unit testing, and perform code reviews.</li><li>Collaborate with Brand, Product, QA, Analytics, and stakeholder teams to gather requirements and communicate progress.</li><li>Follow style guides, pattern libraries, and SDLC processes to maintain quality and consistency.</li><li>Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO to deliver the best user experience.</li></ul>Job Types: Contract, Temporary, PermanentPay: $45.00 - $70.00 per hourWork Location: Remote
