Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Technical Delivery Lead to drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex enterprise software projects. Join us to influence innovative solutions that empower our business operations and elevate client satisfaction through strategic project delivery.Job Duties:<ul><li>Own the software delivery cycle, from planning to production deployment, for assigned channels/products</li><li>Guide development team on architecture, design, and implementation strategies</li><li>Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and align with best practices</li><li>Drive adoption of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Quality Assurance practices</li><li>Collaborate with tech leads and architects on staffing, priorities, and technical debt management</li><li>Work closely with product, business analyst, solution design, quality assurance, developers and scrum master to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks</li><li>Define delivery timelines, track progress, and ensure delivery meets agreed objectives</li><li>Serve as primary technical contact for stakeholders and third-party partners</li><li>Communicate delivery risks, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>5 years&rsquo; experience as Delivery Manager/Delivery Lead.</li><li>With experience in banking, fintech or financial industry</li><li>With Scrum Master background experience</li><li>Strong technical background with experience in relevant technologies and platforms.</li><li>Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.</li><li>Proven leadership and team management abilities.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Experience with risk management and mitigation.</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>With proven experience in Banking, financial or Fintech industry</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Scrum Master: 5 years (Required)</li><li>Delivery Lead: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in National City, CA 91950
