We are seeking a skilled and motivated RPA Developer to join our Automation Practice. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that align with the customer's strategic vision and standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to automate processes, improve efficiency, and support innovation across the organization.
 
Requirements: 
Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Design & Development</li>
<li>Develop RPA bots using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.</li>
<li>Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.</li>
<li>Ensure solutions are modular, reusable, and aligned with architectural standards.</li>
<li>Collaboration & Analysis</li>
<li>Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and team members to identify automation opportunities.</li>
<li>Participate in process discovery and documentation sessions.</li>
<li>Support the Innovation Hub by prototyping new automation ideas.</li>
<li>Governance & Standards</li>
<li>Adhere to standards for coding, documentation, testing, and metadata management.</li>
<li>Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.</li>
<li>Change Control & Support</li>
<li>Implement change control procedures for bot updates and enhancements.</li>
<li>Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Maintain version control and deployment logs.</li>
<li>Security & Compliance</li>
<li>Ensure automation solutions comply with security and data protection policies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with security and architecture teams to embed secure design principles.</li>
<li>Training & Adoption</li>
<li>Assist in training users and stakeholders on automation tools and processes.</li>
<li>Support change management efforts to drive adoption of automation solutions.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Preferred).</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in RPA development using industry-standard platforms.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and agile methodologies.</li>
<li>Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript, JavaScript) is a plus.</li>
<li>Familiarity with metadata management, process modeling, and business analysis.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills: 
<ul>
<li>Experience working in a Center of Excellence or enterprise automation environment.</li>
<li>Knowledge of process mining tools and techniques.</li>
<li>Exposure to AI/ML integration with RPA.</li>
<li>Certification in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath Certified Developer).</li>

RPA Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Automation Design Engineer to join our Automation Practice. This role is responsible for designing end-to-end automation solutions that align with business goals, technical architecture, and standards. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with process design thinking to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative automation systems.
 
Requirements: 
Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Solution Design</li>
<li>Analyze business processes and design automation solutions that optimize performance and reduce manual effort.</li>
<li>Create detailed design documents, process maps, and technical specifications.</li>
<li>Collaborate with RPA developers, software engineers, and business analysts to ensure seamless implementation.</li>
<li>Architecture Alignment</li>
<li>Ensure automation designs align with enterprise architecture and data models.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development of reusable design patterns and frameworks.</li>
<li>Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and platforms.</li>
<li>Innovation & Prototyping</li>
<li>Support the Innovation Hub by designing and testing prototypes that demonstrate new automation capabilities.</li>
<li>Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend design enhancements.</li>
<li>Governance & Standards</li>
<li>Adhere to CoE standards for documentation, metadata management, coding, and testing.</li>
<li>Participate in design reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of design practices.</li>
<li>Security & Compliance</li>
<li>Incorporate security and compliance requirements into automation designs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with security teams to ensure secure architecture and data handling.</li>
<li>Change Management & Communication</li>
<li>Support change management efforts by documenting design rationale and communicating with stakeholders.</li>
<li>Assist in training and onboarding teams to understand and adopt automation designs.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Preferred).</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in automation design, process engineering, or solution architecture.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of automation technologies (RPA, workflow automation, scripting).</li>
<li>Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) and design documentation.</li>
<li>Familiarity with enterprise architecture, data integration, and system interoperability.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills: 
<ul>
<li>Experience working in a Center of Excellence or enterprise automation environment.</li>
<li>Knowledge of metadata management and technical documentation standards.</li>
<li>Exposure to AI/ML, low-code platforms, and cloud-based automation tools.</li>
<li>Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.</li>
</ul>
