You will collaborate closely with scientists, business users, and the ITSoli US Service Delivery Team to manage day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, implement system changes, and support integrations with other enterprise applications. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong communication to provide seamless system support in a global biopharmaceutical environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Administer, configure, and maintain Biovia ELN applications and related modules.</li><li>Manage user access, roles, and security compliance in line with organizational policies.</li><li>Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution.</li><li>Support integration of ELN with LIMS, SDMS, and other scientific/enterprise applications.</li><li>Coordinate with global teams for system upgrades, patches, and validation activities.</li><li>Document system changes, configurations, and support procedures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity guidelines.</li><li>Provide user training, technical support, and incident management as per SLA.</li><li>Collaborate with ITSoli US Service Delivery Team and business stakeholders for enhancement requests and system optimization.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Strong experience with Biovia ELN administration (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).</li><li>Knowledge of system integrations with LIMS, SDMS, and ERP applications.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Oracle/MS SQL databases and scripting.</li><li>Good understanding of Windows/Linux server environments.</li><li>Familiarity with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, validation, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global environment.</li></ul>Desired Skills:<ul><li>Experience with other Biovia applications (Pipeline Pilot, LES, Notebook, Workbook).</li><li>Exposure to cloud-hosted scientific applications.</li><li>Knowledge of ITIL processes, incident/change management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA).</li><li>Basic understanding of laboratory workflows and informatics platforms.</li></ul>Personal Attributes:<ul><li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.</li><li>Strong ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating across time zones.</li><li>Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Strong customer-service orientation and commitment to quality.</li><li>Effective interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &#8377;2,500,000.00 per yearExperience:<ul><li>Biovia ELN (administering and supporting): 3 years (Required)</li><li>ensuring compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11: 3 years (Required)</li><li>integrating ELN with LIMS, SDMS, ERP, other scientific apps: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Night Shift (Preferred)</li><li>Overnight Shift (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
