We&rsquo;ve got some big dreams and are looking for individuals to join our team who are ambitious, energetic, and will champion our goals as our childcare grows.We&rsquo;re looking for an individual with high energy, who will stay on schedule and assist in incorporating more outdoor activities, educational lessons, art &amp; craft time, and more; someone who will motivate us to stick to and accomplish our continuous improvement goals.We&rsquo;re looking for a Childcare Teacher to join our Village in the Mansfield/ Lexington area to head up our new educational program for infants to 3 &frac12; year olds. We plan to utilize Brightwheel&rsquo;s Experience Curriculum monthly subscription boxes for our early childhood education program, but we are open to other formats.Great candidates will possess the following skills:<ul><li>Raised, assisted in raising children, or has worked with children up to 5 years old</li><li>Previously worked in a childcare setting</li><li>Experience with special needs children such as autism, ADHD, etc.</li><li>Isn&rsquo;t afraid of changing diapers and providing other basic childcare needs Assisted with potty training</li><li>Self-motivated</li><li>Actively engages with children</li><li>Communication with parents</li><li>Experience with daycare communication apps such as Procare</li></ul>If you do not meet all of these qualifications, have no fear!
