Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li>Developing solutions , organizing, planning, creating &amp; delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI&rsquo;s &amp; RFP&rsquo;s.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.</li></ul>
<p>
. Engage with customers as a trusted advisor, listening and understanding their challenges and requirement &ndash; both technical and business, and clearly articulate and communicate to the sales team, and document them .</p>
<ul><li>Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Keeping abreast of market trends and product &amp; competitor landscapes.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Capability of designing and architect solutions for customer.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Good Knowledge to figure out Customer Security needs .</li></ul><br>

<ul><li>Installation, configuration and maintenance for network Security equipment (Web Security, Mail Security, End point Security, Data Security, etc&hellip;.) for IT Vikings customers.</li><li>Provides remote and on-site support to our customers.</li><li>Performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis on security appliances, Network appliances.</li><li>Prepare and perform Proof-of-Concept (POC) for the customer.</li><li>Understand the customer&rsquo;s technical requirements, business objectives and strategy.</li><li>Deep knowledge to translate customer needs to a solution and designing.</li><li>Develop project documentation.</li></ul>
