About the role
As a Tier 1 Technician, you&rsquo;ll serve as the first line of technical support for our clients. This role is primarily focused on remote Helpdesk support&mdash;resolving tickets, troubleshooting endpoint and server issues, and supporting daily client operations. However, unlike standard Tier-1 remote roles, this position includes occasional on-site deployments in the Lakeland, FL area as business needs arise. This is a hybrid position. 
We&rsquo;re seeking a motivated and dependable technician who&rsquo;s ready to jump in, solve problems, and represent IT Voice both virtually and in-person when needed.
What you'll do<ul><li>
Provide Tier-1 support for desktops, servers, applications, and endpoints</li><li>
Troubleshoot Windows Server environments, Exchange, Office 365 Admin, and Active Directory</li><li>
Monitor and respond to system performance alerts and user-submitted tickets</li><li>
Utilize ConnectWise PSA for ticketing, documentation, and communication</li><li>
Update internal and client-facing documentation as needed</li><li>
Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and development initiatives</li><li>
Deploy on-site within the local market when necessary</li><li>
Participate in the on-call rotation and perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
1&ndash;2 years of experience in an IT support or Helpdesk environment</li><li>
Working knowledge of AD forests, trees, domains, and replication</li><li>
Basic understanding of networks and subnetting</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Server 2012&ndash;2019, Exchange, O365, and antivirus solutions</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Strong organizational, multitasking, and documentation abilities</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted</li><li>
Must reside in or near Lakeland, FL and be willing to commute for occasional on-site visits</li><li>
Authorization to work in the U.S.</li><li>

About the role
As a Dispatcher/Service Manager, you&rsquo;ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently coordinating service calls, technician schedules, and client communication. We're looking for individuals who are ready to manage the day-to-day flow of service operations, handle administrative processing with precision, and make a real impact by being the frontline link between our technical team and customers. 
What you'll do<ul><li>
Receive incoming service requests via phone and walk-ins, and schedule appointments accordingly</li><li>
Dispatch technicians for installations, repairs, and maintenance calls</li><li>
Organize and prioritize workloads to ensure all service deadlines are met</li><li>
Enter technician time and parts into invoices with a high level of accuracy</li><li>
Maintain manual and digital records for equipment inventory, billing, and job tickets</li><li>
Support walk-in customers with parts or service requests</li><li>
Call customers when their equipment or vehicles are ready for pickup</li><li>
Schedule internet installs, re-installs, and repair appointments</li><li>
Assist with vehicle repair scheduling and ongoing maintenance</li><li>
Stay hands-on with technical department activities</li><li>
Perform various administrative duties as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED</li><li>
Minimum 3 years of experience in a related dispatch or service coordination role</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows 7/10</li><li>
Experience with CRM or billing systems; CCI Billing/CRM experience preferred</li><li>
Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li><li>
Customer service mindset and professional appearance</li><li>
Ability to prepare administrative paperwork and reports</li><li>
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and be subject to random testing</li><li>
The ability to get stuff done</li><li>
Passion for Technology</li><li>
Heart to always do the right thing and admit mistakes</li><li>
Good communication skills</li></ul>
