This role requires a professional who is not only proficient in high-level bookkeeping but also possesses the expertise to handle complex corporate tax filings and financial reporting independently.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks, ensuring all transactions are categorized correctly across multiple properties.</li><li>Tax Compliance: Independently prepare and file T2 Corporate Tax Returns, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.</li><li>Financial Reporting: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheets, P&amp;L, Cash Flow) to provide insights into portfolio performance.</li><li>Industry-Specific Accounting: Manage specialized accounts related to real estate holdings and hotel operations, including occupancy taxes and property-level expenses.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Software Expertise: Advanced, hands-on experience with QuickBooks is mandatory.</li><li>Real Estate Experience: Proven background in real estate accounting.
