Job Summary :We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer with at least 1 year of experience to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will provide both remote and on-site support, ensuring smooth IT operations across various environments. A UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.<ul><li>Network Management: Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and internet connectivity. Ensure network reliability and performance.</li><li>System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows, Linux, and macOS systems. Manage updates, patches, and backups.</li><li>Firewall &amp; Security: Configure and manage firewalls, antivirus, and encryption protocols. Conduct regular security assessments.</li><li>Email Hosting: Set up and manage email hosting platforms. Troubleshoot mail flow and access issues.</li><li>CCTV &amp; PABX: Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance and PABX telephony systems.</li><li>User Support: Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Train users on IT tools and best practices.</li><li>Server &amp; Backup: Maintain file/web servers and databases. Implement and test backup and disaster recovery strategies.</li><li>Hardware Management: Oversee installation and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate records of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Driving license (Preferred)</li></ul>Expected Start Date: 27/10/2025
