ITA is seeking a driven Data Analyst II to support our analytics initiatives. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to derive actionable insights that drive business decisions.</div><div></div><div><i><br>
This opportunity is contingent upon successful contract award, expected Spring 2026.</i></div>
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Identify and collect key performance data from various data sources.</li><li>
Conduct analyses to identify trends and assess program effectiveness.</li><li>
Develop reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.</li><li>
Standardize data sets and structures for ease of access and manipulation.</li><li>
Provide recommendations to enhance data collection processes and analysis methodologies.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with team members to support data-driven decision-making.</li></ul><br>

Qualifications:
<p><b>
Required Experience:</b></p><ul><li>
3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.</li><li>
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, or R).</li><li>
Experience with data manipulation and transformation processes.</li><li>
Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).</li><li>
Strong understanding of statistical methods and analysis.</li><li>
Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics concepts.</li></ul><p><b>
Minimum Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics.</li><li>
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.</li><li>
Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights.</li><li><b>
Active Secret Clearance</b></li></ul><p><b>
Desired Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Background in working with large datasets</li><li>
Familiarity with Cloud Computing</li><li>
Familiarity with AGILE development</li><li>

 ITA is seeking a Resource Protection Support Professional to join the team in Qatar.

  Responsibilities

  <br/>
 </strong>
 Work is to be accomplished for the United States Air Force Central Command at Shaw AFB, South Carolina. Direct support will be provided to the 9th Air Force Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron performing Base Security Operations and Support services at Al Dhafra AB, UAE; Ali Al Salem AB, Kuwait; Al Mubarak Air Base, Kuwait; Al Jaber AB, Kuwait; Prince Sultan AB (PSAB), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA); Muwaffaq-Salti AB (MSAB), Jordan; Al Udeid AB, Qatar and in CONUS.

  The Contractor Shall
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Conduct anti-robbery training and exercises, controlled area monitors training, and funds custodians and handlers training in support of the Air Force Resource Protection Program.
  </li>
  <li>
   Operate security-monitoring equipment as necessary. Manage the Installation Crime Prevention Program.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct crime analysis and provide timely, accurate, and useful information to wing and squadron leadership, outside agencies, and police services.
  </li>
  <li>
   Write crime prevention-related articles and develop crime analysis reports.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare, coordinate, and maintain Resource Protection annex of Installation Security Plan.

  Qualifications

 </strong>
 Candidates must have:

 <ul>
  <li>
   One (1) year of experience in overseeing and performing physical security surveys and inspections on Priority Level 4 controlled areas. These areas include arms and ammunition, explosives areas, major funds facilities, and drug storage facilities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
  </li>
  <li>
   A current state and Government Driver&rsquo;s License.
  </li>
  <li>
   Must possess a DoD approved SECRET security clearance to perform duties under this task order.

  </li>
 </ul>
