 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Salary between $79,040k to $83,200k depending on experience. Overtime opportunities when available
 </li>
 <li>
 Paid Holidays, PTO accruals at 30 days
 </li>
 <li>
 Have a minimum of 3 years' experience as an Industrial Mechanical General Foreman and a strong understanding of Industrial Mechanical systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Be able to run several projects on one Industrial site
 </li>
 <li>
 Have good communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work on tools when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Be able to mentor Foreman's, Journeymen, and apprentices
 </li>
 <li>
 Be able to read schematics and blueprints
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with planning of work as well as schedule and cost code reading, structure, and development, and material ordering
 </li>
 <li>
 Have working knowledge of Procore
 </li>
 <li>
 Have basic computer skills
