We are looking for a Mechanical QC Engineer to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the mechanical works on site meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety. The role involves conducting inspections, overseeing quality control procedures, and coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve mechanical issues on-site. This position requires a strong technical background in mechanical engineering, an understanding of quality control processes, and hands-on experience in construction project environments.1. Inspect and monitor the mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, drainage, etc.) during installation to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes.2. Prepare and implement Method Statement (MS) and Inspection &amp; Test Plans (ITPs) for mechanical systems.3. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure all works conform to quality standards, safety regulations, and technical specifications.4. Perform and document quality checks, material tests, and equipment verifications.5. Identify, report, and follow up on non-conformities and implement corrective actions.6. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, approvals, and other QC documentation for mechanical works.7. Prepare and submit quality control reports for project stakeholders, including progress reports and non-conformance reports (NCRs).8. Verify material certifications, equipment specifications, and test results for compliance with project requirements.9. Ensure all documentation aligns with the requirements set out by local authorities, industry standards, and the client.10. Collaborate with mechanical engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and project management teams to ensure all mechanical work meets the required standards.11. Communicate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of mechanical work on-site.12. Review shop drawings, submittals, and material approvals for mechanical systems to ensure compliance with design and standards.13. Ensure all mechanical works comply with international codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, BS, NFPA, UAE Building Code).14. Stay updated with the latest developments in mechanical engineering codes, regulations, and best practices to ensure that the project complies with industry standards.15. Ensure that mechanical work is executed in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.16. Monitor and promote safe working practices on-site, especially related to mechanical installations and system commissioning.17. Report safety violations or hazards in mechanical work and ensure corrective actions are taken.Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED4,000.00 per month

QA/QC Engineer (Mechanical)

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical QC Engineer to join our construction team in Dubai. This position is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in electrical installations throughout the construction project. The successful candidate will conduct inspections, monitor quality control procedures, and work closely with the project management team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure electrical works meet project specifications and international standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Perform inspections of electrical systems and installations (e.g., power distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, etc.) to ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and international standards.2. Prepare and implement detailed Method Statement (MS) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for electrical works.3. Conduct regular inspections of materials and equipment prior to installation, ensuring compliance with approved submittals.4. Review electrical drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure compliance with contract requirements.5. Report and document non-conformities (NCRs) and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.6. Ensure all electrical works comply with UAE National Codes, international standards (IEC, BS, IEEE, NEC), and project specifications.7. Stay up-to-date with any changes in local or international electrical codes and industry best practices.8. Verify the technical correctness of electrical installations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.9. Maintain detailed records of all inspections, tests, certifications, and approvals of electrical materials and equipment.10. Compile and submit quality control reports to the project manager, including progress reports, NCRs, and test results.11. Coordinate and verify documentation for electrical commissioning and handover packages.12. Work closely with the project engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of electrical work within quality standards.13. Provide technical support to resolve any electrical issues or concerns that arise on-site.14. Review and verify shop drawings and material submittals for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with approved designs and standards.15. Communicate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and construction teams to ensure quality materials and timely delivery of electrical components.16. Ensure that electrical works are carried out following the highest safety standards and procedures.17. Participate in safety meetings, identify potential electrical hazards, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment.18. Monitor and enforce adherence to electrical safety standards on-site (e.g., lock-out/tag-out procedures, electrical safety tests).19. Oversee electrical system testing, including continuity, insulation resistance, earth resistance, and functional testing.20. Ensure that electrical systems are properly commissioned and fully operational before handover.21.
