   <b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div><ul><div><div>
Manage and optimize in-app monetization mechanisms (e.g., offers, links, cashback, or equivalent features) to maximize revenue contribution.</div></div><div><div>
Plan, execute, and continuously optimize CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns, including push notifications, in-app messages, and email.</div></div><div><div>
Analyze user behavior and campaign performance data to generate actionable insights for growth, retention, and monetization.</div></div><div><div>
Support user acquisition and growth initiatives by providing performance analysis for influencer and digital marketing campaigns.</div></div><div><div>
Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of monetization and CRM execution; continuously improve related processes and documentation.</div></div><div><div>
Provide guidance, feedback, and quality review for junior team members&rsquo; outputs.</div></div><div><div>
Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, and Digital Marketing teams on optimization initiatives and feature enhancements.</div></div></ul><div></div><div>
   <b>What You Bring</b></div><ul><div><div>
Proven experience working on mobile apps, with a solid understanding of app ecosystems and growth levers.</div></div><div><div>
Hands-on familiarity with key tools and systems used by growth teams, including Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and Airbridge (or similar mobile attribution and analytics platforms).</div></div><div><div>
Analytical capability, and practical knowledge in growth, monetization, or CRM.</div></div><div><div>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with dashboards and campaign data.</div></div><div><div>
Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, MoEngage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).</div></div><div><div>
High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</div></div><div><div>
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.</div></div></ul></div></div></div><div></div>
