 What you&rsquo;ll do:
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll help transform handwritten petition signatures into clean, verified voter data using proprietary systems.
 
 
 &bull; Enter names and addresses into campaign databases from handwritten petitions
 
 
 &bull; Support the Exceptions workflow, where the system cannot auto-match a record
 
 
 &bull; Manually research and match names to voter files using search tools and state-specific guidelines
 
 
 &bull; Use pattern recognition, deductive reasoning, and attention to detail to make accurate matches
 
 
 This is not just typing. You&rsquo;re doing investigative matching work that requires judgment, consistency, and focus.

 What we&rsquo;re looking for:
 
 
 &bull; 12,000 keystrokes minimum
 
 
 &bull; Touch typist only
 
 
 &bull; Fluent in written English and comfortable with common names and spelling
 
 
 &bull; Able to read cursive and handwriting
 
 
 &bull; Comfortable with computers and standard commands
 
 
 &bull; Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking
 
 
 &bull; Basic math skills
 
 
 &bull; Data entry experience is a plus, not required
 
 
 
 
 
 Schedule options:
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll be assigned a shift, with weekend opportunities available. Shift options below:
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; PM shift: 4:00pm to 11:45pm Monday to Friday
 
 
 &bull; Weekend 8:00am to 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday

 In this Exceptions role with Campaign Offices, you are the final line of defense for data accuracy. You will review voter signature packets and data entry to spot issues, connect the dots, and decide the correct next step in processing. This is a fast-paced, detail driven role for someone who enjoys solving puzzles, thinking critically, and using deductive reasoning to get to the right answer.
 
 
 If you like investigating discrepancies, catching what others miss, and making clear decisions based on criteria, you will do well here.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You Will Do
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Review and compare entered data against original source materials to identify errors, mismatches, and exceptions
 
 
 &bull; Apply deductive reasoning to determine what happened, why it happened, and what action should be taken next
 
 
 &bull; Use proprietary software and established criteria to resolve exceptions and keep work moving efficiently
 
 
 &bull; Investigate patterns and root causes behind recurring issues and document your findings
 
 
 &bull; Communicate clear feedback and insights that help prevent future exceptions
 
 
 &bull; Manage physical and digital materials with accuracy, organization, and urgency
 
 
 &bull; Work independently while collaborating with the team to hit daily goals and maintain quality standards
