Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to oversee and manage the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems for our industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in electrical systems, control panels, and automation.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, plan, and execute electrical systems and control panel layouts for projects.</li><li>Review and approve electrical drawings, schematics, and circuit diagrams.</li><li>Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical solutions promptly.</li><li>Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Automation, Production, etc.) for system integration.</li><li>Guide and mentor junior engineers and technicians.</li><li>Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and project documentation.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities.</li><li>Liaise with vendors and clients to ensure technical requirements are met.</li><li>Support in energy audits and recommend efficiency improvements.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical or Electrical &amp; Electronics Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;8 years of experience in electrical project execution, maintenance, or automation.</li><li>Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control panels, and PLC interfaces.</li><li>Hands-on experience with cable sizing, switchgear, motor controls, drives (VFD/Soft starters).</li><li>Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.</li><li>Willingness to travel to client sites when required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,774.93 - &#8377;30,958.48 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Senior Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Governance &amp; MIS<ul><li>Review and verify accounting entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.</li><li>Coordinate with external accountants and auditors to ensure compliance.</li><li>Build and maintain monthly MIS dashboards (sales, expenses, cash flow).</li><li>Identify cost optimizations and improve financial visibility across projects.</li></ul>2. Strategy &amp; Business Model Evaluation<ul><li>Analyze new product verticals and markets for financial feasibility.</li><li>Develop ROI models, payback periods, and breakeven analyses.</li><li>Support in pricing strategy, partner proposals, and investor presentations.</li></ul>3. Grants, Loans &amp; Funding Programs<ul><li>Research government and private funding schemes (TDB, MeitY, SIDBI, Startup India, etc.).</li><li>Prepare initial eligibility assessments and coordinate documentation.</li><li>Track submission timelines, maintain dashboards of progress and outcomes.</li><li>Draft concise financial summaries and narratives for funding proposals.</li></ul>4.
