We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Secretary &amp; Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities, and able to maintain strict confidentiality while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities&Oslash; Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential information.&Oslash; Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries, visa applications, restaurant/hotel/ticket bookings.&Oslash; Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.&Oslash; Assist with personal tasks as required.&Oslash; Monitoring and requesting office supplies.&Oslash; Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document preparation.&Oslash; Assisting HR department for all matters related to operations of the employee.&Oslash; Overseeing the maintenance of the office facilities and equipment. Performing other relevant duties when needed.&Oslash; Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items.&Oslash; Perform general office administration and support tasks&Oslash; Payroll processing, compensation and benefits.&Oslash; Household recruitment (onboarding &amp; offboarding)&Oslash; Employee relations and focal contact for employees.Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities</li><li>High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access and ERP)</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision</li><li>Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration or related field</li><li>Experience supporting senior executives</li><li>Familiarity with office management systems and procedures</li><li>HR/Admin/Secretarial experience.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
