We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Sr. System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting user computer systems and hardware/software across the organization. You will provide first-line support to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations, whether on-site, remotely, or across project offices.Key Responsibilities:1. System Installation and Maintenance<ul><li>Install, configure, and maintain users' computer hardware and software.</li><li>Deliver and receive hardware/software to/from users to ensure optimal system operation.</li></ul>2. IT Support and Troubleshooting<ul><li>Receive and log IT service requests.</li><li>Identify and resolve software-related issues or hardware problems .</li><li>Ensure minimal downtime and prompt resolution of support calls.</li><li>Provide IT support remotely or on-site staff.</li></ul>4. User Account Management<ul><li>Assist users in resetting system passwords, unlocking accounts, and other account-related tasks.</li><li>Management of Microsoft 365 portal, AWS and other IT billings.</li></ul>5. Printer and Consumables Management<ul><li>Perform routine checks on printers; report hardware issues and coordinate with vendors.</li><li>Replace toner/cartridges for local and network printers as needed.</li><li>Track toner and consumable inventory; report shortages to the IT supervisor for procurement.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in IT system administration.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Office 365 applications (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).</li><li>Experience in network connectivity troubleshooting.</li><li>Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to handle support calls with professionalism and discretion.</li><li>Good understanding of IT security and confidentiality practices.</li><li>Up-to-date technical knowledge and a willingness to learn continuously.</li></ul>Preferred Certifications (optional but advantageous):<ul><li>Microsoft 365 Certified</li><li>CompTIA A+ / Network+</li><li>ITIL Foundation</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

Senior System Admin

<ul><li>Manage ERP accounts of internal and external clients.</li><li>Manage employee database.</li><li>Responds to queries and concerns with regards to HR and WP activities.</li><li>Prepare memo for documents to be sent for signature.</li><li>HR Implementation and encoding for clients.</li><li>Responsible for uploading of labor staff attendance.</li><li>Assist in recruitment (Job Posting, CV search).</li><li>Prepare offer letter for selected candidates.</li><li>Manage on boarding of new employees (Welcome Announcement, WP Account Creation, WP Training)</li><li>Manage Leave Management (Leave Application, Ticket booking)</li><li>Liaise with PRO for HR related matters (Cancellation, Sponsorship, etc.)</li></ul>1.Candidates must be locally available2.
