Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive (Google &amp; LinkedIn Ads)Department: Marketing / Growth Location: Kaushambi Ghaziabad Experience Required: 2&ndash;4 Years Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing ad budgets, driving qualified leads, and maximizing ROI through data-driven strategies.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, create, and manage Google Search, Display, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for creatives and ad copies.</li><li>Optimize campaigns regularly to improve CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.</li><li>Set up conversion tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and action plans.</li><li>Coordinate with the design and content team for ad creatives and landing pages.</li><li>Manage and monitor campaign budgets effectively to ensure high ROI.</li><li>Execute remarketing and retargeting campaigns for warm leads.</li><li>Stay updated with platform changes and new ad formats or targeting options.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Proven experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) &amp; LinkedIn Campaign Manager.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.</li><li>Excellent understanding of CPC, CPA, ROI, CTR, and CPL metrics.</li><li>Ability to create performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to ad copywriting and visual details.</li><li>Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization is a plus.</li></ul>Qualification<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.</li><li>Google Ads Certification / LinkedIn Marketing Certification preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
