The Staff Supply Chain Analytics role at our West Union, SC facility is responsible for driving innovative operational and supply chain strategies that enable successful execution of departmental goals. This position ensures outstanding performance across key metrics, manages budgets and forecasts, and oversees the development and optimization of manufacturing processes. The role emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and agility to deliver high-quality products efficiently while fostering a culture of growth and innovation.</div><div></div><div>
Duties and Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Lead strategic supply chain initiatives to achieve organizational objectives and exceed KPIs.</li><li>
Manage project budgets, annual departmental budgets, and rolling forecasts to ensure financial and operational commitments are met.</li><li>
Oversee planning, development, and implementation of manufacturing methods and processes for new and existing products.</li><li>
Optimize resource utilization&mdash;materials, equipment, and personnel&mdash;to deliver quality products at minimal cost.</li><li>
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in supply chain analytics and operations.</li><li>
Hire, train, coach, and develop team members to maximize performance and promote career growth.</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective execution of corporate objectives and customer-centric solutions.</li><li>
Analyze historical data, trends, and projections to forecast requirements and inform decision-making.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Required Skills &amp; Experience:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field or equivalent experience.</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, including:<ul><li>
Procurement and Total Cost of Ownership concepts.</li><li>
Forecasting and inventory management principles.</li><li>
Developing strategies to achieve organizational objectives.</li><li>
Data analytics and systems knowledge (ERP, Power BI, reporting tools).</li><li>
Managing and developing high-performing teams.</li></ul></li><li>
Proven ability to automate and analyze large datasets using ERP and BI tools.</li><li>
Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Preferred Skills &amp; Experience:</div><ul><li>
Advanced proficiency in supply chain analytics and process optimization.</li><li>
Experience in global supply chain operations and international supplier engagement.</li><li>
Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.</li></ul></div><div></div><div>

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our team. This individual will work primarily within the Microsoft development stack, using Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, ASP.NET Core MVC, React, and ASP.NET Web API to build and maintain modern web applications. The developer will contribute to both large-scale project initiatives and smaller enhancements, as well as support operational needs through ServiceNow ticket resolution. The ideal candidate is self-driven, prompt, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.</div><div></div><div>
Duties &amp; Responsibilities</div><ul><li>
Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using:<ul><li>
ASP.NET Core MVC</li><li>
React</li><li>
ASP.NET Web API</li><li>
C# and related Microsoft technologies</li></ul></li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.</li><li>
Participate in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities including design, coding, unit testing, documentation, and deployment.</li><li>
Work on a mix of larger enterprise projects, enhancement requests, and smaller change requests.</li><li>
Respond to and resolve ServiceNow tickets, ensuring timely and effective support.</li><li>
Follow development best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.</li><li>
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production incidents.</li><li>
Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>
Maintain clear documentation for code, processes, and system configurations.</li><li>
Stay current with new technologies and development tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Required Skills &amp; Experience:</div><ul><li>
Experience developing web applications using ASP.NET Core MVC, C#, and ASP.NET Web API.</li><li>
Experience building front-end solutions with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.</li><li>
Proficiency with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.</li><li>
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.</li><li>
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework Core.</li><li>
Knowledge of Git-based version control systems.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple tasks including project work, change requests, and operational support.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Preferred Skills &amp; Experience:</div><ul><li>
Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.</li><li>
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).</li><li>
