The Facilities Operator serves as the primary front desk point of contact for the Liberty Lake site while supporting day-to-day facility operations, administrative processes, and supplier coordination. This role is critical in delivering a customer-centric workplace experience, ensuring smooth operations, and enabling collaboration across teams in a fast-paced technology environment within the Utilities &amp; Energy sector. This position reports to the Facilities Manager and partners closely with Procurement, Finance and site leadership to support business operations with an accountable, agile, and innovative mindset. 
 
Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Serve as the primary, customer-focused point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive front desk experience</li><li>
Manage daily front desk operations including guest check-in, badging, and general inquiries with professionalism and authenticity</li><li>
Coordinate cafeteria-related services and vendor interactions, maintaining strong collaborative relationships</li><li>
Provide general office administration support including communications, supplies, and workspace readiness</li><li>
Plan and support meetings, events, and site communications in a collaborative and organized manner</li><li>
Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accountability and accurate tracking through completion</li><li>
Receive, reconcile, and process invoices; partner with Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies efficiently</li><li>
Respond to system workflows in a timely and organized manner</li><li>
Process Capital Authorization Requests (CARs) and Service Job Contract (SJC) POs and invoices with attention to detail</li><li>
Support supplier onboarding, setup, and maintenance, ensuring compliance and strong vendor partnerships</li><li>
Partner with Procurement on Statements of Work (SOWs) and contracts to enable business continuity</li><li>
Maintain financial documentation aligned with company standards and regulatory requirements</li><li>
Provide dedicated operational and financial support to Real Estate leadership</li><li>
Coordinate facilities activities such as workspace setup, cubicle moves, and lab space adjustments with an agile approach</li><li>
Partner with internal teams to support building cleanups and material coordination</li><li>
Manage vendor relationships, including landscapers, janitorial services, shipping providers, and office suppliers, seeking innovative cost-saving opportunities</li><li>
Order and maintain inventory of janitorial and shipping supplies to support site operations</li><li>
Support compliance activities including permits, inspections, and safety requirements</li><li>
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across facility services and operations</li><li>
Support sustainability initiatives through Envizi system updates and data tracking</li><li>
Assist with environmental and facilities reporting requirements as needed</li><li>
Collaborate across departments to provide operational and administrative support with an &ldquo;assist wherever needed&rdquo; mindset</li><li>
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and the overall employee experience</li><li>
Perform additional duties as assigned in support of business needs</li></ul> 
Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>
2+ years of experience in facilities, administrative, or office operations roles</li><li>
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of accountability and attention to detail</li><li>
Demonstrated customer-centric approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners including Facilities, Procurement, and Finance</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)</li><li>
Ability to prioritize work, manage competing deadlines, and operate independently in a dynamic environment</li><li>
Strong problem-solving mindset with an agile and proactive approach to challenges</li></ul> 
Preferred Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>
Experience with procurement processes, including Purchase Orders and invoice management</li><li>
Familiarity with ERP or financial systems (e.g., Oracle)</li><li>
Experience supporting vendor management and supplier onboarding processes</li><li>
Exposure to sustainability reporting or environmental data tracking systems (e.g., Envizi)</li><li>
Experience in a technology-driven or Utilities &amp; Energy environment</li><li>
Interest in continuous improvement, innovation, and process optimization within facilities operations</li></ul>

The successful candidate&rsquo;s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience and may vary by location. Liberty Lake, WA: The base salary is $15.86 &ndash; $37.13
