Handling imports shipments starting from taking offers from suppliers, evaluating them, preparing POs,coordinating with them for shipment documents, checking the documents.&#61623; Arranging licenses for the import duty to be paid&#61623; Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.&#61623; Prepare purchase orders, track orders, and ensure timely delivery.&#61623; Maintain order databases.&#61623; Keeps Follow up for Loading / Sailing confirmation &amp; Photos from Supplier for each shipment.&#61623; Liasoning with CHAs for clearance of import shipments&#61623; Co-ordinating with transporters&#61623; Checking checklists and approving BOEs&#61623; Checking Freight with Forwarders&#61623; Submitting Bill of Entries, Shipping Line Invoices and Transporter Invoices for payment&#61623; Submitting Dispatch details for every shipment to Accounts&#61623; Submission of Cargo Inspection Reports&#61623; Providing all details &amp; documents required by HOD.&#61623; Handling domestic purchases as well as coordination for the domestic dispatches&#61623; Performs other duties as assigned.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;600,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
