Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior support role.</li><li>
Excellent communication and strong follow-up skills.</li><li>
High proficiency in English (written and spoken).</li><li>
Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>
Proven experience in handling board meetings, drafting minutes of meetings (MoM), and preparing executive-level reports.</li><li>

<div>Job Summary
The Junior Data Security Specialist will support the implementation, configuration, and operation of data security solutions that protect sensitive data across enterprise environments. The role focuses on Data Activity Monitoring (DAM), data protection controls, and assisting in deployment of data security technologies.
The candidate will work closely with senior engineers to implement solutions such as Imperva SecureSphere DAM, IBM Guardium, and OpenText VDAM, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as PCI-DSS and PII protection.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation &amp; Deployment Support<ul>
<li>Assist in installation and configuration of Data Activity Monitoring (DAM) solutions.
</li><li>Support deployment of system components including agents, gateways, and collectors.
</li><li>Assist in onboarding databases and applications into monitoring platforms.
</li></ul>Monitoring &amp; Policy Support<ul>
<li>Support creation and configuration of monitoring policies.
</li><li>Assist in tuning policies to reduce false positives.
</li><li>Monitor alerts and escalate suspicious activities.
</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul>
<li>Generate standard reports and dashboards for security monitoring.
</li><li>Assist in preparing:

<li>Support implementation of controls related to:

</li></ul>Required Qualifications
Education<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
</li></ul>Technical Skills
Core Fundamentals<ul>
<li>Basic understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, ports, protocols, firewalls)
</li><li>Basic understanding of Windows operating systems (installation, services, event logs)
</li><li>Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems (commands, file systems, permissions)
