Principle accountabilities
We are seeking a Director of AI Transformation with an entrepreneurial mindset - someone who has operated in startup environments, thrives in change, and is driven to disrupt and redefine how logistics operates at its core! 


This is not a traditional AI or automation role. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO), this leader will identify, build, and scale our AI-powered strategies and capabilities that will supercharge how we operate. You will act as an internal founder - challenging assumptions, moving quickly, and creating solutions across every aspect of our business, from business services to warehousing to transportation. 


AI-Led Business Innovation

<li>Identify and build new AI-driven capabilities that unlock revenue, margin expansion, and market differentiation.</li>
<li>Develop proprietary approaches to pricing, capacity, and decision-making that separate ITS from traditional asset-lite companies.</li>
<li>Partner directly with leadership to shape the future state of the business - not just optimize the current one.</li>

Product &amp; Platform Development

Who you are
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or a related field preferred.</li>
<li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in AI, data systems, automation, or technical/product-oriented roles.</li>
<li>Startup or entrepreneurial experience - you&rsquo;ve built something from scratch, operated in change, or owned outcomes end-to-end.</li>
<li>A builder first, not just a strategist- you execute, iterate, and ship.</li>
<li>Think in terms of products, systems, and leverage - not tasks or workflows.</li>
<li>Comfortable challenging leadership and rethinking how an industry should operate.</li>
<li>Experience applying AI (LLMs, automation, data systems) to drive real business outcomes - not just experimentation.</li>
<li>You move fast, prioritize impact, and are energized by creating something new vs. optimizing what exists.</li>
<li>Background in logistics is helpful, but outsider thinking is highly valued.</li>
<li>Willing to relocate to Reno, NV; hybrid option available for SF Bay Area candidates with ~60% time in Reno.</li></ul></div>

Principle Accountabilities

ITS has an urgent need for a Terminal Coordinator for our largest customer&rsquo;s facilities in Arizona and Colorado. This role contributes to the daily activities for dock operations in support of the customer&rsquo;s terminal in which they are domiciled. Responsibilities include ensuring drivers meet safety requirements to meet our customer service requirements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Ensure drivers adhere to terminal flow on site.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with drivers to ensure on time arrival and departures.</li>
<li>Monitor trailer pool to proactively escalate equipment shortages.</li>
<li>Complete safety checklists for every load entering and departing the facility.</li>
<li>Interact with facility staff, drivers, and ITS team members in a professional and respectful manner.</li>
<li>Escalate all safety violations to ITS Reno Center leadership.</li>
<li>Communicate safety expectations to drivers and team members proactively.</li>
<li>Verify all information on paperwork is correct.</li>
<li>Update applicable systems with the most up to date information for the team to have visibility and transparency of operations.</li>
</ul>
Position Requirements
<ul>
<li>Experience in fleet, transportation, Warehouse operations or third-party logistics strongly desired.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with a demonstrated ability to work harmoniously with customers, drivers, peers.</li>
<li>Has a strong sense of urgency and reacts and works well in fast-paced, deadline driven, and high-pressure situations; remains calm and performs well in stressful or emergency situations.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and internally motivated to exceed all commitments and requirements of the position.</li>
<li>Knowledge of the region and surrounding areas.</li>
</ul>
Compensation

$25 per hour

Temporary position from 5/09/2026 - 07/10/2026

Schedule: Thur - Sun: 8:00pm - 6:30am</div>
