Our team-oriented culture values expertise, accountability, and continuous improvement while supporting critical national security missions.Position OverviewITSC is seeking an Operations Engineer to provide journeyman‑level operational engineering support to FORGE facilities and computer hardware at Missile Warning operational sites. This role supports day‑to‑day operations integration activities and ensures infrastructure, systems, and supporting technologies remain aligned with mission requirements.The Operations Engineer must be familiar with the technologies and technical programs that interface with Missile Warning systems and work closely with engineering, integration, and operations teams to support sustained mission readiness.Impact of the RoleThe Operations Engineer supports continuous mission readiness by ensuring FORGE facilities and operational systems remain properly integrated and functional. This role contributes to system availability, infrastructure reliability, and effective coordination between operations and engineering teams at the operational site level.Key Responsibilities&middot; Provide operational engineering support for FORGE facilities and computer hardware at operational sites&middot; Support integration and sustainment of infrastructure supporting Missile Warning operations&middot; Assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordination of operational systems&middot; Coordinate with engineering and integration teams to resolve operational issues&middot; Support site readiness activities and infrastructure alignment with mission needs&middot; Maintain awareness of technical programs interfacing with Missile Warning systems&middot; Participate in operational reviews, working groups, and coordination meetings as requiredRequired Knowledge &amp; Technical Expertise&middot; FORGE operational environments&middot; Missile Warning system interfaces&middot; Operations integration principles&middot; Facilities and computer hardware support&middot; Coordination across engineering, integration, and operations teams&middot; Site‑level operational support and sustainmentQualifications&middot; Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience supporting operations, facilities, or systems integration for DoD or space programs&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related technical discipline&middot; Demonstrated experience supporting operational systems or infrastructure&middot; Ability to work in a mission‑critical, on‑site operational environment&middot; Active TS/SCI clearanceCompensation$150,000.00 - $190,000.00Salary is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and contract requirementsBenefitsITSC offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well‑being, professional growth, and work‑life balance of our employees.
