Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain &amp; Logistics Management<ul><li>Plan, manage, and optimize logistics operations for warehouses and retail outlets across multiple cities.</li><li>Ensure timely movement of stock from suppliers to the central warehouse and from warehouse to retail stores.</li><li>Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners to ensure cost-effective and reliable deliveries.</li></ul>Warehousing Operations<ul><li>Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and stock handling.</li><li>Implement best practices for space utilization, safety, and inventory accuracy.</li><li>Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and obsolete inventory and take corrective actions.</li></ul>Inventory Management<ul><li>Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid overstocking or stock-outs at retail outlets.</li><li>Develop and manage replenishment plans for all stores based on sales trends and demand forecasts.</li><li>Ensure regular stock audits and reconciliations across warehouse and stores.</li></ul>Retail Store Coordination<ul><li>Work closely with branch managers to understand sales patterns and stock requirements.</li><li>Ensure all retail outlets receive the right product mix at the right time.</li><li>Resolve supply chain&ndash;related issues affecting store operations and customer sales.</li></ul>Process Improvement &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Identify opportunities to reduce logistics and warehousing costs without impacting service levels.</li><li>Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain operations.</li><li>Implement performance metrics (KPIs) for logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Prepare regular reports on inventory status, logistics costs, stock turnover, and supply chain performance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and relevant regulations.</li><li>Support management in strategic supply chain planning and expansion into new cities.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Operations Management</li><li>A master&rsquo;s degree or professional certification or equivalent will be an advantage</li></ul>Experience Requirements<ul><li>3+ years of relevant supply chain experience</li><li>Proven experience in retail supply chain, preferably electronics or home appliances</li><li>Hands-on experience managing multi-city warehousing and retail distribution networks</li><li>Strong background in retail, electronics, or FMCG distribution</li></ul>*Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, and inventory planning</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and locations simultaneously</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory software, and MS Excel</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Stock availability across retail outlets</li><li>Inventory turnover ratio</li><li>Logistics and warehousing cost efficiency</li><li>Order fulfillment and delivery timelines</li><li>Reduction in stock losses and discrepancies</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Market-competitive salary</li><li>Performance-based bonus</li><li>Professional growth and career advancement opportunities</li><li>Yearly bonus</li><li>Performance-based annual bonus linked to supply chain KPIs</li><li>Mobile phone allowance for official communication</li><li>Official traveling allowance for inter-city visits (fuel, transport, accommodation covered as per company policy)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
