<div>ITU AbsorbTech is hiring an Order Entry Specialist (Order Analyst) to join our team. The Order Analyst&rsquo;s main responsibility is to function as a liaison, supporting our internal Operations, Service and Sales, and Accounting departments.

In this role, you will:
<ul>
<li><ul><li>Be knowledgeable of contractual service agreements.</li></ul></li>
<li><ul><li>Work with internal and external customers</li></ul></li>
<li><ul><li>Perform accurate auditing of documents to assure adherence to all company guidelines</li></ul></li>
<li><ul><li>Have strong attention to detail relative to item identification, cost set-up, inventory and delivery frequencies along with approval requirements.</li></ul></li>
<li><ul><li>Work independently to ensure our customers receive 100% accuracy in deliveries as well as billing statements.</li></ul></li>
<li><ul><li>Input accurate entry of final drafts of approved documents.</li></ul></li>
<li><ul><li>Research and problem solve internal and external customer questions and requests.</li></ul></li>
</ul>
Hours: 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday. No weekends, no holidays.

Location: This role requires working on-site in New Berlin, WI.

Education and Experience:
<ul>
<li><ul><li>High School diploma, preferably an associate&rsquo;s degree in finance or related field.</li></ul></li>
<li><ul><li>Minimum of four years of relevant experience in a similar role.</li></ul></li>
<li><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li></ul></li>
<li><ul><li>Ability to problem solve</li></ul></li>
<li><ul><li>Strength in organizational skills as well as prioritizing and multi-tasking</li></ul></li>
<li><ul><li>Professionalism in team play, all written and verbal communication, articulation of ideas, perspectives and feedback.</li></ul></li>
