We are Urgently hiring Fresher Company Secretary for our group Company(ITV Network).Job Roles and Responsibilities :-1.Compliance of Private Limited Companies with Companies Act, 2013 and other laws.2. Preparation of Notices/Agenda for Board, Committee and General Meetings.3. Drafting of the Notices, Annual Report, Resolutions, Agenda &amp; Minutes, legal Agreements etc.4. Preparing and filing of various forms with ROC, Annual Returns, etc.5. Recording and Maintaining the statutory records and registers of the company.6. Ensure compliance with various e-filling / ROC (event based and mandatory) and other secretarial requirements.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
