Job SummaryWe are hiring an experienced and certified IT Technician to manage servers, networks, and cloud systems.No degree required &ndash; but you must have professional certifications and real hands-on experience in managing Microsoft, networking, or security environments.Main Responsibilities<ul><li>Daily management of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs.</li><li>Maintain Azure Cloud / Microsoft 365 accounts / Intune devices.</li><li>Configure and monitor Routers, Switches, Firewalls (Cisco, Mikrotik, Fortinet).</li><li>Manage VMware / Hyper-V virtual machines and backup systems.</li><li>Automate simple admin tasks with PowerShell or Bash.</li><li>Monitor servers and networks using Grafana, Zabbix, or PRTG.</li><li>Ensure data protection and endpoint security.</li><li>Support 2nd &amp; 3rd Level user and infrastructure issues.</li></ul>Required &amp; Preferred Certifications(You should have at least 4&ndash;5 of these certificates; more is better.)Microsoft<ul><li>AZ-104 &ndash; Azure Administrator Associate</li><li>AZ-800 / AZ-801 &ndash; Windows Server Hybrid Administrator</li><li>MD-102 &ndash; Modern Desktop Administrator</li><li>SC-300 &ndash; Identity &amp; Access Administrator</li><li>SC-100 &ndash; Cybersecurity Architect Expert</li><li>MS-900 &ndash; Microsoft 365 Fundamentals</li></ul>Network &amp; Infrastructure<ul><li>Cisco CCNA (Network Associate)</li><li>CompTIA Network+</li><li>CompTIA Security+</li><li>VMware VCP-DCV (Data Center Virtualization)</li><li>Fortinet NSE 4 (Firewall Administrator)</li><li>Mikrotik MTCNA (Network Associate)</li><li>Juniper JNCIA-Junos</li><li>AWS SysOps Administrator &ndash; Associate</li><li>Red Hat RHCSA (Linux Admin)</li><li>ITIL 4 Foundation (Service Management)</li><li>CEH &ndash; Certified Ethical Hacker (optional plus)</li></ul>Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years practical experience in IT Support, Network, or System Administration.</li><li>Good understanding of Windows, Network Devices, Cloud Basics, and Security Tools.</li><li>Can communicate in English and Urdu (basic English fine).</li><li>Able to work independently and solve technical issues quickly.</li></ul>We Offer<ul><li>Salary: PKR 100,000 / month (depends on certifications &amp; experience).</li><li>Stable job with international projects and modern tools.</li><li>Paid exam renewals for Microsoft / Cisco / VMware.</li><li>Future promotion path: Infrastructure Engineer &rarr; Team Lead.</li><li>Friendly work environment, Karachi-based.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
