 IUK IT Department is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Web Application Developer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining web applications that support the university's faculty, staff, and students.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:

 Building websites, internal university tools, and research-oriented applications supporting projects using a variety of programming languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Java).
 </li>

 Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
 </li>

 Ensure web applications are responsive, user-friendly, and accessible across different devices and browsers.
 </li>

 Troubleshoot and fix bugs in existing web applications.

 Develop low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Apps to improve internal processes and workflows.

 Automate tasks and data flow between applications using Microsoft Power Automate.

 May assist with content management for university websites.

 Position Summary:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Senior Operations Specialist supports the Operations Manager in achieving efficiency and excellence in operations. This role involves ensuring processes and procedures are followed, analyzing performance, and identifying areas for improvement. You will be responsible for key areas of operations involving Health, Safety, &amp; Security, as well as management of Inventory, Retail Vendors, Campus Store, Campus Clinic, Event Management, and other areas as required.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as liaison - under the direction of the Operations manager - with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and to oversee the smooth running of day-to day campus operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the implementation and monitoring of policies, procedures and protocols for the Operations Department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in developing the operations protocols, procedures, service standards and risk assessments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide oversight in the management of Operations functionalities related to: Health, Safety and Security Standards, Campus clinic, Campus store, Procurement &amp; Purchase, Inventory, Hospitality/ Event Management, Retail/ Leasing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Receive and compile reports from the various functions for the operations manager to proactively avoid issues and efficiently manage risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the execution and maintenance of third party contracts including retail and Food &amp; Beverages vendors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with organizing campus events. Manage all hospitality tasks including those for overseas visitors/consultants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and provide different periodical reports (weekly, and monthly) or as required by management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working with various departments to align operational goals and ensure smooth workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct audits on various departments, ensuring the tasks/projects are completed correctly and within the timeline. Submit reports for areas of improvement.
 </li>

 Maintain all records accurately on the Shared Drive. Ensure various departments are consistently maintaining the Drives, as needed.
