<div>Provide general admin., technical &amp; clerical support for IVGID HR/Admin. incl. phone, in person &amp; digital inquiries, data input &amp; reporting, general office &amp; special project assistance. Req: HS diploma (GED) &amp; 4 yrs progressive gen. admin. &amp; customer svc exp. using wkg. knowledge of general office ops; or equivalent combo. Prior HR experience a plus. Valid DL &amp; excellent org, admin, communication &amp; customer svc skills. Strong computer/math proficiency for HRIS &amp; Microsoft Office apps. Accurate/proficient keying while handling multiple phone lines &amp; dealing effectively/courteously with the public &amp; employees. Prioritize work to meet schedules/deadlines. Detail oriented w/ability to maintain confidential information. Present a composed and friendly presence when dealing w/irate customers. Deal w/changing circumstances in a positive manner; ability to work under pressure of deadlines &amp; work independently &amp; with teams. See Job Description for Details. Position is OPEN UNTIL FILLED. Working within a MON-FRI schedule of 25 &ndash; 30 hours per week for approx. 12 &ndash; 18 months.
