 We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative Support / Office Manager to join our Huntington, NY team on a full-time basis.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling, client communication, and office coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage daily office operations and maintain organized records and filing systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and process forms, documents, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain compliance documentation and assist with regulatory procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Greet clients and uphold a professional, welcoming office environment
 </li>

 Qualifications

 Prior administrative or office management experience required
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in a financial services or compliance-adjacent environment a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and time management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication
 </li>

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion
 </li>
