Job Title :TGT English Reporting Head :Principal Purpose of Job Preparing lesson plans.Developing &amp; updating learning modules/material for better understanding of concepts. Select, obtain materials and supplies of textbooks and recommended reading to students. Maintaining student's records and grades as required. To ensure success as an English teacher, the candidate must be qualified in English as a first language. The English teacher must possess a pleasant disposition that will enhance the learning process. Ultimately, an outstanding English teacher should engage students in meaningful and fun activities, creating an environment conducive to learning.Teaching and Learning Responsibilities&middot; Teach Basic English skills including reading, writing, and speaking.&middot; Compose lesson plans in order to successfully incorporate the full duration of eachlesson.&middot; Execute lessons efficiently using different styles of teaching depending on the content.&middot; Engage students to ensure a lively classroom atmosphere.&middot; Instruct students about the structure and content of the English language.&middot; Teach students the spelling of words, and their meanings.&middot; Emphasize the rules of composition, grammar and sentence construction.&middot; Teach students the correct pronunciation of words.&middot; Teach students to think critically when studying literature and poetry.&middot; Teach students to analyze and question media reports, advertisements, and newsreports.Responsibilities to the Department and School&middot; Be respectful of the needs of colleagues and the department with regards tocooperation, collegiality, deadlines and team cohesion&middot; Participate positively in departmental meetings, follow policies and generallycontributing to the effective and efficient running of the department&middot; Promote professional dialogue, share ideas about teaching and learning and supportother teachers in developing good practice and new approaches and initiativesOther Responsibilities&middot; Undertake other reasonable duties as requested by the Head of Department, Head ofFaculty or members of the Senior Leadership Team and any duties that the Principaldeems necessary for the effective operation of the school&middot; Draft and frame the communication messages to parents and different stake holdersRequired Qualification and Experience &middot; Master in English with B.ED.&middot; Minimum four years of Experience as a TGT English.&middot; Should have good communication Skills and should be subject matter expert in hissubject&middot; Familiarity with the curriculum of CBSE&middot; Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child&middot; A high level of professionalism and consideration of the well-being of childrenJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>total work: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
