With a reputation for professionalism, compassion, and innovation, our team combines medical expertise with heartfelt storytelling to create meaningful journeys for intended parents, surrogates, and donors alike.As we expand our digital presence, we are seeking a creative and hands-on Social Media &amp; Marketing Specialist to capture the human side of our work and grow our brand across platforms.What You&rsquo;ll Be DoingThe Social Media Manager will be the voice and face of Ivy Surrogacy online&mdash;create videos, reels, and stories that inspire and bring our stories to life, while hosting online and in-person meetups and community events that connect future surrogates, egg donors, and intended parents.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Concept, film, and editing short-form and long-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, stories, testimonials).</li><li>Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across all platforms.</li><li>Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.</li><li>Capture authentic, real-time content during in-office activities, events, and client meetings.</li></ul>Community Engagement &amp; Events<ul><li>Organize and promote information sessions, community meetups, and small-scale events for prospective surrogates, egg donors, and intended parents.</li><li>Support marketing campaigns through both digital promotion and in-person activation.</li><li>Coordinate logistics for live or virtual events (setup, content capture, social promotion).</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and client teams to align messaging across campaigns.</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Analyze social performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and optimize strategy based on insights.</li><li>Research social trends, fertility-related conversations, and cultural moments to keep the brand relevant.</li></ul>What we offer at Ivy Surrogacy:<ul><li>Competitive salary (DOE)</li><li>Performance-based bonuses.</li><li>Paid Time Off (vacation + sick leave).</li><li>401(k) with matching &amp; Retirement Pension plan</li><li>Health/Dental/Vision insurance</li></ul>Plus, you&rsquo;ll join a supportive, mission-driven team where your creativity helps families around the world.Who You Are<ul><li>Based in Diamond Bar, with the ability to work on-site and attend in-person shoots/events.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (agency or brand side).</li><li>Skilled in video production (filming, editing, basic lighting/sound) and comfortable with mobile-first content creation.</li><li>Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar.</li><li>Confident being both behind and in front of the camera when needed.</li><li>Strong storytelling instincts with excellent writing and communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills for planning events, info sessions, and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Highly organized, trend-savvy, and proactive.</li><li>Has a can-do attitude, is a self-starter, and is willing to assist in all functional areas as needed.</li><li>Willingness to learn about surrogacy and infertility</li><li>Available to work flexible hours &amp; overtime when needed.</li><li>Bonus points for: bilingual fluency (Spanish or Chinese), experience in healthcare or lifestyle industries, or SEO knowledge for YouTube/social.</li></ul>How to ApplyReady to use your creativity to change lives?
