<div>IWS Family Health, a community health center providing preventive health care services to children and families, seeks a Family Physician to work as a critical part of its Medical Team.<br>

<b>Position Responsibilities</b><ul><li>
Manage primary, acute and chronic health problems affecting women through comprehensive history and physical examination, assessment and diagnostics in outpatient setting</li><li>
Order, perform and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic tests and procedures</li><li>
Management of full spectrum of contraception
</li><li>Prescribe pharmacologic and non &ndash;pharmacologic interventions</li><li>
Collaborate and coordinate with the primary care team to deliver evidence-based care and to establish best practices in clinical care</li><li>

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</b></h1><ul><li>
MD or DO from accredited institution</li><li>
Active licensure in the State of Illinois as a physician</li><li>
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice</li><li>
BLS and CPR certification is required
</li><li>Previous experience working in a community health center is preferred</li><li>
Proficiency in Spanish is preferred</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Compensation and Benefits</b></h1>
The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $240,000 depending on experience. IWS Family Health provides a competitive salary and benefits plan, including Paid Time Off (PTO), paid holidays, health, dental, life and vision insurance options, as well as a 403(b) option.<br>
