 Duties &amp; Responsibilities :
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the point of contact and handle clients&rsquo; needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build long-term relationships with clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the support team to provide the best solutions to the clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for contacting potential customers to prospect for a new business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Grow our sales pipeline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange meetings with clients and make a presentation of our products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare Quotations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report on the status of accounts and transactions
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking feedback from clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with other departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Retain unsatisfied clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

 Working Conditions:

 5 working days per week &amp; 2 Days Off
 </li>
 <li>
 Rotational days off
 </li>
 <li>
 Rotational Shifts (Max Shift Till 8PM)|

 </ul>
 
 Working Location: Smart Village - 6th Of October.
 
 
 
 
 Job Requirements :
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
 </li>
 <li>
 Tele-Sales and Account Managing familiarity/background are required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Software (ERP) background/ previous experience is highly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Egypt and Saudi market experience in SaaS or fintech is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Fast learner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Target &amp; Result oriented (dealt with huge targets before) is a MUST
 </li>
 <li>
 Very good English skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Presentation, Negotiation, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good listener.
 </li>
 <li>
 Very good command of Microsoft Office.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
 
 </li>
