Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS</li><li>Manage full-cycle accounting for real estate portfolios, including properties, leasing, service charges and revenue recognition</li><li>Handle UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, including return filing and coordination with the FTA</li><li>Maintain and review general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and provisions</li><li>Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow related to real estate operations</li><li>Handling of Post dated cheques and bank deposits</li><li>Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities</li><li>Implement and improve internal controls and accounting policies</li><li>Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff</li><li>Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Professional growth and development</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Relocate in Ajman</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Manufacturing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
