Preferably with Own VisaA Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing general accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the organization&rsquo;s financial health. This role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.They compile reports and prepare, maintain and reconcile financial statements and other financial documents.<ul><li>Checking and verifying the entries of Bounced / Replaced / Converted postdated cheques entered by accountants in system.</li><li>Checking and verifying the entries of purchase invoices and material issued by store in charge in system.</li><li>Prepare petty cash vouchers in system.</li><li>Track expenses and process expense reports</li><li>Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.</li><li>Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records</li><li>Provide support on accounting matters relating to the Revenue Account including budget preparation, monitoring, production of final accounts and financial advice.</li><li>Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.</li><li>Checking and verifying the entries of purchase invoices and material issued by store in charge in system.</li><li>Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.</li><li>Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations.</li><li>Prepare analysis of accounts</li><li>Perform month-end closing.</li><li>Provide supporting documentation for audits.</li><li>Maintain accurate historical records.</li><li>Supporting other departments in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy.</li><li>Consultative with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.</li><li>Analyze and reconcile Tenant Receivable transactions.</li><li>Bank Reconciliations</li><li>Physical PDC Verification</li><li>Verify and reconcile Reservation Income and Reservation Advance Transactions.</li><li>Verifying the calculation of Terminated Contracts against System-Generated Report.
