J&amp;B Medical's Sales Team is GROWING!!
The Territory Manager is responsible for developing and managing provider relationships, executing strategic sales initiatives, and delivering outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in the field, manages multiple priorities effectively, and consistently exceeds performance expectations.
Essential Functions:<ul><li>Conduct effective sales calls with healthcare professionals including Endocrinology, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and related specialties.</li><li>Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.</li><li>Partner with local manufacturer representatives to implement coordinated sales strategies.</li><li>Schedule and deliver compelling product presentations and in-service training.</li><li>Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with inside sales, customer service, and clinical support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.</li><li>Represent J &amp; B Medical at diabetes-related trade shows, conferences, and community events.</li><li>Maintain strong knowledge of products, reimbursement, managed care, and competitive trends.</li><li>Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and urgency while delivering best-in-class service.</li></ul>
Work Environment:
This job is performed both in an office setting and in the field. The role also requires driving to customer locations.
Requirements:

Required Education and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred; equivalent sales or medical industry experience will be considered.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of field or inside sales experience.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.</li><li>Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Excellent organization, time-management, and territory-planning abilities.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.</li><li>Ability to analyze sales data and use insights to guide strategy.</li></ul>
Experience in diabetes, DME, or healthcare-related sales strongly preferred</div>
