This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your esthetic skills in a vibrant, client-focused setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, hydrafacial and individual client needs.</li><li>Conduct body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and care.</li><li>Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment benefits to promote ongoing skin health.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with infection control protocols.</li><li>Uphold strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.</li><li>Assist clients with product sales by explaining features and benefits to enhance their skincare regimen.</li><li>Stay current on industry trends such as color theory, tattooing, and esthetic laser treatments to continually refine your skills.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in customer service with the ability to connect authentically with clients.</li><li>Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and infection control procedures.</li><li>Certification in cosmetology or esthetics from an accredited program; valid state licensing required.</li><li>Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate record keeping.</li><li>Technical skills in tattooing, dermabrasion, or medical laser treatments are a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.</li><li>Ability to educate clients on skincare products and services effectively while demonstrating sales skills.</li><li>Knowledge of color theory relevant to makeup artistry and skin tone matching.
