 Overview:
 
 
 
 
 The Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of financial planning, analysis, reporting, and ad hoc projects supporting the brand.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 :
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop comprehensive operating expense budgets &amp; monthly forecasts for Stores and Ecommerce businesses
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and maintain cross functional business partnerships to drive financial objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement meaningful, actionable and timely management reporting to inform business partners and senior leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare monthly P&amp;L reviews for senior leadership and provide commentary and business insights on performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with accounting and business partners on investigating variances to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and implement process improvements through automation and process standardization
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare daily/weekly sales plans in collaboration with Planning and Store Operations team
 </li>
 <li>
 Create supporting schedules and presentations for Board of Directors, External Reporting and Executive leadership requests
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1+ years in banking, consulting or financial planning and analysis or related experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Role is onsite two days a week
 </li>
 <li>
 Four-year college degree in accounting or finance
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong work ethic with sharp attention to detail, variances and trends
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player with exceptional communication, organizational and analytical skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to create strong working relationships with cross-functional teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Agile learner, with the ability to adapt, pivot efficiently between tasks and manage multiple time-sensitive priorities simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint. SAP and/or Hyperion experience a plus
 </li>
