Title: Manager of Employee Engagement
 
Location : US - Remote
Reports to: HR Program Manager
**This is not a people manager position**
The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Manager of Employee Engagement to join our team. This role will focus on implementing initiatives that foster a positive workplace environment that strengthens the culture of JD Power and drives engagement. You will be a part of the global HR team that enables data-driven, connected employee experiences leveraging effective internal communication tools. 
What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing in This Role:
<ul><li>Create a global employee engagement strategy that fosters connection among employees using data-driven recommendations and insights
</li><li>Collaborate with key stakeholders to help identify and enhance moments that matter, taking actions to improve throughout the employee lifecycle, with special focus on improving the onboarding experience
</li><li>Design and execute global employee engagement surveys (twice a year). Measure progress and success by analyzing and reporting results, gather feedback through other channels and develop action plans aligned with the purpose and values of the company
</li><li>Lead global employee appreciation and recognition initiatives that enhance commitment and reinforce behaviors supportive of the JD Power culture
</li><li>Activate initiatives that strengthen the employment brand and increase understanding of the company&rsquo;s strategy, products, and services
</li><li>Partner with the Employee Champions/Ambassadors to further engagement through collaboration and in support of agreed upon initiatives
</li><li>Act as the eyes, ears, and voice of JD Power as a passionate advocate for developing an exceptional employee experience
</li></ul>Qualifications of this Role:
<ul><li>Three-plus years working in a corporate People/HR organization, focused on employee experience initiatives
</li><li>Track record of success partnering with leadership and implementing programs that enhance and strengthen the workplace culture
</li><li>Ability to work independently and in collaboration with global colleagues
</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with colleagues, customers, and management.
</li><li>Strong writing, presentation and deadline-driven project management skills
</li><li>Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
</li><li>Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
</li><li>Proficiency with OneDrive, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and WorkDay a plus.
