Inventory Control ManagerWorldwide leader in the manufacture of heavy mobile machinery has a job opening for an Inventory Control Manager. This role has significant supervisory responsibilities, including managing a team of warehouse personnel and overseeing the operations of various departments to manage inventory. Benefits for full-time employees include: Employer Funded health insurance, Employer Funded Profit-Sharing Retirement Trust (can be up to 15% over and above yearly salary, with 5% guaranteed), Dependent Tuition Assistance (at 100% of the cost of Marshall University's in-state tuition to use at the institution of higher education of their choosing), Quarterly and Annual bonuses (when company-wide production goals are met), Employer funded Primary Care Physician Membership, Gym Membership Reimbursement, and more.QUALIFICATIONSRequired<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Inventory Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in an inventory management role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems.</li><li>Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AS400, or other Enterprise Business Suite.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).</li><li>Experience in the industry specific to the company&rsquo;s operations.</li><li>In-depth experience in various ERP systems (Infor SyteLine, a plus).</li><li>Working with various logistics providers and handling cases of damage.</li></ul>Job duties include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Overseeing staffing, warehouse operations, and inventory management for the organization.</li><li>Leading improvement projects across all aspects of the warehouse.</li><li>Leading cycle counting and physical inventory counting activities and investigate variances</li><li>Identifying obsolete and slow-moving inventory and determining dispositions.</li><li>Collaborating with senior management to set operational goals and drive results.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>This position is located in Huntington, WV.
