Jack and Jill Nursery is searching for a passionate, dedicated, and dynamic Nursery Principal is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administration of the nursery school. The role requires leadership in developing curriculum standards, supervising staff, and ensuring that children receive high-quality education and care in a safe, nurturing environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Leadership &amp; Management:</li><li>Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and educational standards.</li><li>Lead and support the nursery staff, including teachers and administrative personnel, to create a professional and positive working environment.</li><li>Ensure the nursery operates efficiently with a focus on excellence in early childhood education.</li><li>Curriculum Development:</li><li>Collaborate with educators to design and implement a dynamic, child-centered curriculum that meets both the developmental needs of children and local educational guidelines.</li><li>Ensure that teaching methods are in line with current best practices in early childhood education.</li><li>Staff Supervision &amp; Development:</li><li>Manage the recruitment, training, and professional development of nursery staff.</li><li>Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to educators and other staff members.</li><li>Promote a collaborative team culture with a focus on continuous improvement and innovative teaching techniques.</li><li>Parent &amp; Community Engagement:</li><li>Maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication, meetings, and updates on children&rsquo;s progress.</li><li>Organize parent engagement activities, workshops, and conferences to foster a strong home-school partnership.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Safety:</li><li>Ensure all policies and procedures comply with local regulations, health, and safety standards.</li><li>Conduct regular safety checks of the facility and ensure a safe and stimulating environment for children.</li><li>Strategic Planning:</li><li>Contribute to the long-term vision and strategic goals of the nursery.</li><li>Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, such as expanding nursery services or introducing new programs.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education:</li><li>Master&rsquo;s Degree in Early Childhood Education, or a Master&rsquo;s Degree in any other subject with relevant experience.</li><li>Experience:</li><li>Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Nursery Principal or in a similar leadership role within the UAE.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory standards and compliance requirements in early childhood education.</li><li>Skills &amp; Abilities:</li><li>Excellent leadership and organizational skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage and motivate staff.</li><li>Commitment to delivering high-quality early education.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 24 months
